What happens to our records if we stop using fermt?
You take them with you, and you can prove that before you commit. Every register — products, recipes, batches, stock movements, goods receipts, production orders, deliveries, invoices and your traceability history — exports to Excel from the screen you are looking at, during the free trial as readily as on your last day. There is no exit fee, no export request to raise and no notice period: you cancel when you choose, and the data is already in a format your accountant, your auditor and any other system can read.
fermt is a young company. What if it goes away?
A fair question, and the reason the export above is unconditional rather than a courtesy. Traceability records are ones you are legally required to keep for years, so they must not depend on any supplier staying in business — including us. Keep a periodic Excel export alongside your other records and your obligations are met whatever happens to fermt; nothing you need is locked in a format only we can read. We would rather you set that habit up on day one than take our longevity on trust.
